The aim is to identify the early signs of work-related ill health, helping organisations support their employees and reduce the risk of long-term occupational disease.
Whilst Health Surveillance is not currently a legal requirement in Jersey, many organisations—particularly those operating across the UK or following recognised health and safety best practice—choose to implement health surveillance programmes as part of their wider commitment to employee health.
