Lisa is a qualified Occupational Health Technician and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist with strong, evidence-based expertise in anatomy, physiology and yoga therapeutics. This combination enables her to deliver practical, measurable health and wellbeing solutions for individuals and organisations — with clear insights, targeted recommendations, and outcomes you can track.

By combining evidence-based therapeutic yoga with a strong understanding of the human body, I create bespoke programmes for people using yoga to support a wide range of health and wellbeing needs. I work primarily 1:1 and in small groups, supporting everything from stress, anxiety, sleep and burnout to back care, posture, mobility, injury recovery, persistent pain patterns, performance support for athletes, women’s health and more.

Each programme starts with a thorough intake to clarify your main concern and what you want to achieve. From there, I assess relevant movement patterns and contributing lifestyle factors, then build a personalised toolkit of practices you can use in real life — simple, structured, and designed to support you day to day, not just on the mat.
